About Estep Builders
Boutique by design. Faithful by conviction.
A small, focused custom builder serving Upstate South Carolina & Western North Carolina.
Our Story
A builder built on conviction, not volume.
Estep Builders was founded on a single belief: serve like Christ. And that is our commitment to every family we serve — we're building homes to serve, be stewards, and build to the highest standards.
Based in Chesnee, SC and serving Upstate South Carolina & Western North Carolina, we take on only a handful of projects each year so that every detail receives our full attention.
