All jobs are subject to 5 payments. Each being 20% of the total cost of your project. A 20% deposit is require. Then payments will be made after foundation inspection is completed, rough-in inspection is completed, roofing/siding completed and a final payment once final inspection is completed.
We currently do not offer any in-house financing, but are able to work with you to secure financing privately by providing all necessary paperwork and payment details that would be required.
Yes, we can specify who will have what responsibility in our contract agreement. Please note there are some limitations to this. Please call for more information.
We first like to have you fill out the form on our website to determine exactly what you’re looking for. Once we have that information we can provide you with a price range. If you like that price range an it fits your budget we will schedule a time to come visit your site. During our site visit we will evaluate all obstacles from terrain, access and any trees or power lines. We will then take that information and provide you with a final quote. If you decide to proceed we will provide you with a construction agreement along with terms of that agreement. All parties must sign to make it binding. We will then start the construction process of ordering materials, scheduling work, obtaining permits and starting onsite construction.
